1. Transannular interaction of the bromine atoms in 2,2,6,6-di(ethylenedioxy)-3,7-dibromobicyclo[3.3.1]nonane has been demonstrated. 2. The difference in the heights of the first and second electroreduction waves for 2,2,6,6-di(ethylenedioxy)-3,7-dibromocyclo[3.3.1]nonane is due to cyclization at the first-wave potential.
