Abstract:
1. Pioneer studies have been made of the circular dichroism and optical rotatory dispersion of copper chelate complexes with acetylacetone and the amino acids tyrosine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine in dimethylsulfoxide. 2. The transitions in the acetylacetonate ligand show dichroism.
