Реферат:
1. When lithium triisobutoxy(phenyl)borate was treated with hydrochloric acid, benzeneboronic acid and a little boric acid were formed. 2. When lithium diisobutoxydiphenylborate was treated with hydrochloric acid, the main product was benzeneboronic acid, isobutyl diphenylborinate being formed, but in smaller amount. In the decomposition of lithium diisobutoxydiphenylborate with hydrogen chloride, isobutyl diphenylborinate was formed almost exclusively. 3. In the reaction of triisobutyl borate with phenyllithium the yield of benzeneboronic acid was 82%. 4. Reaction of diisobutyl benzeneboronate with phenyllithium, followed by decomposition of the reaction products with hydrogen chloride, resulted in the formation of isobutyl diphenylborinate in 70% yield.
