Abstract: A method was proposed for obtaining previously unknown phosphorylated acyl- and formylsemicarbazides by the reaction of diphenylphosphinylacetic and formic acid hydrazides with various isocyanates. It was found that, depending on the temperature, solvent and reagent ratio, either phosphorylated acyl- and formylsemicarbazides, or bisureas based on them, or a mixture of these two compounds were formed. The process of bisurea formation is sequential.
