Abstract: In this work we study the effect of modification of halloysite nanotubes on the catalytic properties of cobalt- and ruthenium-based catalysts in the Fischer–Tropsch process. An increase in acidity was found to promote the yield of olefins. whose further re-adsorption on the catalyst surface promotes the growth of hydrocarbon chains.
