Abstract: New trisubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized which contain two aromatic substituents at positions 1 and 3 of the heterocycle, as well as a varied one at position 5 which includes sp3-hybridized carbon atoms. The obtained compounds, differing, in particular, in lipophilicity, number of heteroatoms, size/presence of a ring, were studied for antiviral activity against the influenza virus A/Puerto Rico/8/34 (H1N1), as well as for antifungal activity against fungi of the genus C. albicans ATCC 10231 and antibacterial activity against laboratory strain of E. coli MG1655.
