Реферат: Energetic materials science still represents a tricky research area combining intriguing and unpredictable chemistry along with challenging energy release control. Such a non-trivial problem continues to occupy the minds of many researchers in the field. In this regard, one of the recently emerged trends involves an application of 6-membered heterocyclic N-oxide scaffolds for the construction of outstanding energetic materials for multipurpose applications. An incorporation of such structural motifs ensures high overall energetic performance, while the presence of the N-oxide motif enables the required balance between detonation properties and mechanical sensitivity in most cases. As a result, 6-membered heterocyclic N-oxide-based high-energy materials became a golden fleece in materials science, which led to an avalanche-like growth of research in this field. A desired set of high thermal stability and nitrogen content along with good detonation properties and moderate mechanical sensitivity made such materials truly advanced. In this review, we summarized state-of-the-art achievements in the synthesis and detonation performance of 6-membered heterocyclic N-oxide-based high-energy materials reported in the last five years.
