Abstract: A Re2O7-B2O3/Al2O3 catalyst was demonstrated to reveal significant activity in cyclohexene dimerization into 1-cyclohexenylcyclohexane with a total yield of 95 % and a selectivity close to 100 % in the batch mode at 75−80°C and atmospheric pressure.
