Abstract: A series of new trichloromethyl- and alkoxy-substituted pyrido[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were obtained from trichloromethyl-substituted pyrimidines with vicinal amino and acyl groups synthesized based on the reaction of trichloroacetonitrile with β-diketone diaminomethylidene derivatives.
