Abstract: Two methods for the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolylacetic ester bearing an aminofurazanyl substituent at the position 5 were developed. The triazole cycle was formed via the cyclocondensation of 3-aminofurazanecarboxylic acid hydrazide or amidrazone with ethoxycarbonylethyl acetimidate hydrochloride.
