Реферат: In order to discover of high-energy materials with characteristics that surpass modern benchmarks, it is necessary to study the widest range of potential structures. The design of energetic compounds using high-nitrogen cage scaffolds provides new opportunities. One of the promising representatives of polycyclic multinitragen cages is the hexaazaisowurtzitane, since the most powerful explosive CL-20 is based on it. In recent years, the synthesis of CL-20 analogues has been actively developed. This review presents progress in the synthesis, performance and study of the structure-property relationship for energetic polynitro hexaazaisowurtzitanes over the past decade.
