Реферат:
The expanding use of low-quality crude oil materials in refinery demands the creation of new-generation catalysts for the comprehensive hydrorefinery of hydrocarbon fraction. A technology was developed for the preparation of catalysts based on mesoporous titanium silicate Ti0.03Si0.97O2 with NiO nanocrystals (4.1–4.7 nm) incorporated in pores. Two methods were suggested for preparation of composite catalytic systems: first, the NiO phase was formed directly in pores of titanium silicate from microemulsion; second, NiO crystallites were prepared by cryoprocessing of initial colloid and incorporated as microsuspension in Ti0.03Si0.97O2 pores. In the latter case, the formation of new bonds was found between silicate and NiO, evidencing the formation of a material with new physicochemical properties. The reported results can be applied to the development of mesoporous catalysts for the hydrorefinery of oil fraction.
