Реферат: A novel and convenient method for the synthesis of a wide range of polyfunctional imidazole derivatives based on the three-component condensation of imidazole N-oxides with CH-acids and arylglyoxals has been developed. This reaction proceeds smoothly in moderate-to-good yields with a wide range of starting materials.
