Реферат: We developed an approach to the synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted pyrazole-containing 1,3,4-oxadiazoles by acylation of 5-(nitropyrazolyl)tetrazoles with alkyl, aryl, and hetaryl acyl chlorides with subsequent recyclization of the intermediate N-acyltetrazoles into 1,3,4-oxadiazoles and studied nitration of the obtained 2-aryl-5-(nitropyrazolyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazoles.
